We’d love you to have Orangetheory experience, but we’ll take into consideration leadership and management experience somewhere else. Managerial experience, and what goes into day-to-day operations as well as an eye for the future is a plus. Here’s more of what we’re looking for:

Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Orangetheory studio locations and more details can be provided by the studio’s hiring manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process.

High School Diploma or GED
Management experience preferred but not required, in studio training is provided for the position

Job Functions and Duties:

This is a team leadership position and the expectation is to lead by example. The studio manager is responsible for leading the studio toward monthly goals and achieving these goals. This is an office position where a lot of time is spent working on a computer, and taking phone calls. The other part of the position is being out front engaging with the members and staff, as a leader you should be readily available to assist the staff when needed. The studio manager is responsible for hiring and training of new staff, staff reviews, staff meetings, in-studio events, outside marketing, processing paperwork, and handling customer service issues. Schedule is flexible, but must be available for some weekends and holidays.

The expectation is to work a minimum of 75 hours every two weeks

-Weekends are Required (rotation and coverage)

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
