Orangetheory Fitness Morgantown is looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Full-Time Coach to lead heart-rate-based interval training workouts that drive real results. If you're a certified fitness professional who thrives on connection, coaching, and community, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Lead safe, fun, and effective 1-hour group workouts using OTF’s science-backed programming
Coach a variety of fitness levels in one room with energy, clarity, and personal attention
Inspire members to set and achieve goals — and celebrate their progress every step of the way
Collaborate with a passionate team of coaches, sales associates, and studio leadership
Contribute to the studio’s supportive, driven, and welcoming atmosphere

What You Bring:

Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
Current CPR/AED certification
Proven experience leading group fitness classes or personal training sessions
Exceptional energy, communication skills, and a team-first attitude
A deep belief in the power of community, accountability, and progress

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
