What You’ll Be Doing:
You’re not just leading a workout—you’re creating an experience. Our best coaches leave members feeling like superstars long after the sweat session is over. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Lead heart-pumping, science-based group workouts that are pre-designed but brought to life by YOU.
- Motivate and connect with members of all fitness levels.
- Deliver clear form cues and safe modifications—we want progress, not injuries!
- Help members set and smash their S.M.A.R.T. goals.
- Be an expert on heart-rate training and explain the why behind the burn.
- Know the equipment like the back of your hand—and teach it like a pro.
- Show up with energy, positivity, and a team-first attitude.
What You’ll Need:
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Valid fitness certification (from an Orangetheory-approved provider)
- A passion for movement, community, and being the best part of someone’s day

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
