What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you are often the first smile members and guests see when they walk through our doors. You help create an exceptional member experience while introducing new people to the Orangetheory community.

Responsibilities:

Welcome members and guests with energy and enthusiasm
Build relationships and create a sense of community
Share the Orangetheory story and help guests find the membership that best fits their goals
Conduct studio tours and explain our workout experience
Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-up communications to prospective members
Assist with member retention and engagement initiatives
Support studio events, challenges, and community partnerships
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Work collaboratively with coaches and studio leadership to deliver an outstanding experience

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills
Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and helping others
Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player who contributes to a positive studio culture
Sales experience is a plus, but not required

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
