What You’ll Do as a Fitness Coach
You’re not just running a workout — you’re creating an experience.
- Lead and energize members through science-backed, pre-designed Orangetheory workouts
- Coach proper form, offer real-time corrections, and ensure member safety
- Help members set goals and celebrate progress
- Build genuine connections so members feel seen, supported, and motivated
- Confidently use and demonstrate all studio equipment
- Learn and apply the science of heart-rate–based interval training
- Show up as a supportive, positive team player
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current fitness certification
- Group fitness, personal training, or performance coaching experience
- Comfort speaking to groups and bringing high energy

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
